The product
iBlueText is a business messaging platform built around one hard problem: sending genuine, blue-bubble iMessage at scale — and doing it far more affordably than the established players. It pairs a developer-friendly web API with self-hosted macOS bridge software, so businesses can reach customers on the channel they actually read, with automatic SMS fallback for non-iPhone numbers.
Four products in one platform
iBlueText is really a small suite of tools that share one backbone:
- iMessage messaging — send real iMessage with personalization and automatic SMS fallback, plus AI-trained replies that handle inbound responses around the clock.
- iPhone number lookup — scrub a phone list to find which numbers are iMessage-capable before you send, improving deliverability and cost.
- SMS Verify (2FA) — a drop-in one-time-code widget that confirms a real phone number on any website or app.
- Self-hosted bridge — software that lets a business run its own fleet of Macs and iPhones for full control over sending.
For a plain-English tour of all four — what each does, how it works, and pricing — see the iBlueText overview.
Built for deliverability and compliance
Mass messaging only works if it lands and stays trustworthy. iBlueText bakes in TCPA-compliance
and reputation guardrails, dynamic personalization with fields like {firstName},
and link randomization to stay clear of spam filters — then plugs into the tools businesses
already run through webhooks and Zapier (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot).
We use it ourselves. The contact form on this very site is protected by iBlueText's SMS Verify widget — every inquiry confirms a real phone number before it reaches us, which keeps the inbox clean and every lead reachable.
Built & operated end-to-end
We designed and built iBlueText — the web API, the macOS bridge software, the verification widget, and the billing around it — and we operate it as a live product. It's a clear example of the studio shipping genuinely hard infrastructure, not just front-ends.
Why it matters
iMessage at scale is a deep technical problem most teams can't touch. iBlueText shows RG Loomis can build and run real messaging infrastructure — the kind of system other businesses depend on every day.
